Contractor relationship

New Turf Network™ is a referral, education, and network platform. Individual projects are performed by independent contractors unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement. Contractors set their own proposals, scope, pricing, schedules, warranties, exclusions, and service terms.

No guarantee of results

Hydroseeding, turf establishment, erosion control, and slope stabilization outcomes depend on soil, preparation, seed, material selection, weather, watering, maintenance, site conditions, contractor execution, and other factors. Network listing, tier status, referral, or certification does not guarantee a specific outcome.

Specifications and local requirements

For public, DOT, municipal, engineered, impaired-water, construction, erosion-control, or regulated work, the controlling plans, permits, specifications, product labels, SDS, approved product lists, and local requirements govern.
