Screened network participant
Generally indicates the contractor has completed basic network review and is eligible for appropriate project referrals where coverage and fit are available.
Demonstrated network competency
Generally indicates stronger participation, process familiarity, customer communication, and installation standards within the network program.
Advanced network standing
Generally indicates a higher level of experience, reliability, customer handling, and project capability within the network program.
What customers should still verify
A network tier helps organize the referral program, but customers should still confirm the contractor’s license requirements, insurance, references, quote terms, exclusions, and warranty language for their location and project type.
