Tell us where the project is, what outcome you want, approximate size, timing, and what the site looks like now. Photos help a lot. You do not need to name a method — “the back acre is bare dirt and washing out” is a complete description.

We look at where the property is, what is actually being asked for, how complex it is, and whether the New Turf Network has coverage in that area.
The appropriate method is considered
Slope, drainage, soil, size, season, water availability, timeline, budget and any permit or specification requirements point toward one approach or a combination of several. This is a considered decision per project — not a default, and not a product we are trying to sell you.
A qualified installer is matched
We match on the two things that decide whether a job goes well: service area — do they actually cover your location — and capability — do they perform the kind of work your project needs, with the right equipment and experience. Network members are screened before they can take work.
The contractor follows up and the project moves forward
The installer contacts you, confirms the details on the ground, and provides scope, pricing, schedule, terms, exclusions and aftercare instructions. From there the work is between you and that contractor, and we stay reachable if something needs attention.

Which one applies depends entirely on your site. None of these is our default.
Sod
Instant, established lawn where immediate cover or appearance matters.
Conventional seed
Dry seeding into prepared soil — economical, well suited to large open areas.
Hydroseed
Seed, mulch, water and tackifier sprayed as a slurry — fast, even coverage, good on slopes.
Renovation & overseeding
Improving a lawn that is thin or tired rather than replacing it.
Erosion control & stabilization
Blankets, matting, wattles, socks and silt fence where soil has to be held in place.
Or a combination
Larger and more varied properties are commonly split by zone — different areas, different approaches.
