Being listed in the iHydroseed directory is different — iHydroseed is a broad, open directory of hydroseeding contractors, and a listing there is not a New Turf Network membership, screening, endorsement, or guarantee. An NTN badge or tier indicates network admission at that tier as of its date. It is not a warranty of any contractor’s current work, licensing, or insurance. Always verify licensing and insurance directly with any contractor before hiring.

Purpose and timeline
A show lawn, builder closeout, inspection-driven stabilization, and washed-out slope are different problems — and they often call for different methods. A tight deadline can favour sod; a large graded area can favour hydroseeding.
